Oracle SCM Functional Consultant EBS & Fusion4
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for supply chain processes.
- Implement and support Oracle SCM modules in EBS and Fusion.
- Configure and maintain SCM setups based on business needs.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), BRD, MD050, MD070.
- Work with technical teams to develop RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows).
- Support data migration from EBS to Fusion Cloud where applicable.
- Conduct system testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
- Provide production support and issue resolution for SCM modules.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
- Train end users and prepare user manuals and process documentation.

- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain business processes:
- Procure to Pay (P2P)
- Order to Cash (O2C)
- Inventory Management
- Manufacturing processes
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12 implementation/support projects.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementation or support.
- Experience preparing functional specifications for custom developments.
- Knowledge of integration between SCM and Finance modules.
- Ability to support system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in EBS to Fusion migration projects.
- Knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Commerce / IT
- MBA in Supply Chain / Operations (preferred)
Certifications (Good to Have)
- Oracle Fusion SCM Certification
- Oracle EBS SCM Certification
