Key Responsibilities
Oracle SaaS Security & Risk Management :
- Conduct structured security reviews of Oracle SaaS applications and configurations
- Evaluate system controls against Oracle security best practices, organizational security standards, and applicable compliance frameworks
- Identify control gaps, assess associated risks, and recommend effective remediation strategies
- Support audit readiness and compliance validation activities for SaaS environments
Application Security :
- Review and validate security configurations across Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, including:
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Supply Chain Management (SCM)
- Ensure consistent enforcement of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Validate application-level security controls, including:
- Data encryption (at rest and in transit)
- Audit logging and monitoring
- Patch and release management processes
Identity & Access Management (IAM) :
- Govern IAM policies and controls for Oracle SaaS platforms, ensuring least-privilege access
- Review and validate:
- User provisioning and de-provisioning workflows
- Role assignment models and dynamic roles
- Service, technical, and integration accounts
- Support periodic access reviews, certifications, and SoD conflict analysis
Governance, Compliance & Automation :
- Support SaaS security governance initiatives and continuous control monitoring
- Assist in the design and implementation of automated security controls for access reviews, compliance checks, and reporting
- Partner with IT, Security, Audit, Risk, and Business stakeholders to implement security improvements and remediation plans
- Contribute to policy development, standard operating procedures, and security documentation
Required Qualifications :
- Proven experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud Security
- Strong understanding of SaaS security architecture, IAM, RBAC, and SoD principles
- Hands-on experience securing ERP, HCM, and SCM applications
- Familiarity with enterprise security governance, audit, and compliance processes
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Qualifications :
- Oracle Cloud or security-related certifications
- Experience with security automation, access governance, or compliance tools
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise SaaS environments
