Job Description

Process Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle SaaS modules covering Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and Acquire to Retire (A2R) business processes.
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
Configuration & Implementation: Configure Oracle Fusion applications to align with business processes and lead functional implementation activities including setup, testing, and deployment.
Issue Resolution: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve functional defects and enhancements.
Documentation: Develop functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, user manuals, and training documentation.
Integration Support: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle SaaS modules and other business systems.
Change Management: Support change management initiatives, including user training and adoption strategies, ensuring smooth transitions for end users.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure solutions comply with organizational policies, financial regulations, and leverage Oracle SaaS best practices for scalable and maintainable architecture.
