Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion/OTBI Reporting & Data Lead to manage and deliver high-quality reporting solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM, as well as providing central governance of HR data. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in OTBI and BI Publisher, combined with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure data accuracy for strategic decision-making.

The Day-to-day Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Design, develop, and maintain BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and HCM Extracts reports within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Analyze delivered Oracle Fusion HCM data models and customize subject areas to meet business reporting needs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations to support HR and business leaders.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, optimized reports.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across all reporting outputs.
  • Provide technical support and resolve reporting issues promptly.
  • Train and support end-users on Oracle HCM reporting tools and best practices.
  • Stay current with Oracle HCM updates and emerging reporting capabilities.
  • Providing an overarching role in data governance for HR data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM/HR modules and reporting administration.
  • Strong proficiency in OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Experience working in global finance or professional services organisations
  • Ideal to have:
    • Oracle HCM certification.
    • Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
