Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Property Manager Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Property Manager modules, ensuring that client requirements are met with high-quality solutions. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to manage lease administration, property management processes, and compliance with accounting standards like IFRS16.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Property Manager modules, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing.
- Manage property and lease administration functions, ensuring compliance with IFRS16 and other relevant accounting standards.
- Configure and support Subledger Accounting (SLA) and integrations with Oracle Financial modules like General Ledger (GL), Payables, and Receivables.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to optimize property and lease management processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, report generation, and system integrations.
- Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions for system enhancements and upgrades.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud with a focus on Property Manager modules.
Strong functional knowledge of lease accounting, real estate management, and property lifecycle processes.
Expertise in Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR) and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
Familiarity with IFRS16 lease accounting standards and their implementation in Oracle Property Manager.
