Oracle Project Manager

Zensar Technologies is seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead and manage Agile projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle implementations, rollouts, and upgrades, with a focus on Agile methodology and team management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Oracle projects using Agile methodology, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Plan, organize, and execute project tasks, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee Oracle implementation, rollouts, and upgrades, providing expert guidance and support.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and agile work environment.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to management and clients.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective issue resolution.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, adhering to company standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate Oracle solutions into existing systems.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends, driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 8-12 years of experience in Oracle project management, with a strong focus on Agile methodology.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle implementation, rollouts, and upgrades, demonstrating successful project deliveries.
• Proven track record in managing and leading cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Excellent knowledge of Agile principles and practices, with the ability to adapt and apply them effectively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, including risk management and issue tracking.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills, identifying and resolving complex issues.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new Oracle technologies and industry best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
