Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP / E-Business Suite implementation programs, working closely with global customers, functional and technical teams, and senior leadership.

The Project Manager will be responsible for project governance, delivery excellence, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful execution across project phases from Initiation to Go-Live and Hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle Oracle Cloud ERP / EBS implementation & rollout projects
• Drive program planning, budgeting, resource planning, and delivery tracking
• Manage project governance, risk logs, RAID items, and escalation processes
• Act as a primary point of contact for customer stakeholders & executive sponsors
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including onsite, offshore & client SMEs
• Ensure delivery timeline, scope alignment, and quality compliance
• Support proposal response, SOW preparation, and solution roadmap planning
• Monitor project financials and internal reporting dashboards
• Ensure Go-Live readiness, cutover, and hypercare success
• Manage change requests and scope control processes

Required Experience & Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IT project management with at least 6+ years managing Oracle ERP projects
• Proven track record of Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle EBS implementations
• Strong understanding of Oracle modules such as SCM, Finance, Manufacturing, and CX
• Experience managing distributed global teams in onsite–offshore delivery model
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Hands-on experience in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is an added advantage
• PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification preferred (not mandatory)

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• MBA preferred (not required)
