Project Manager - Oracle Fusion Application

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications (Finance, SCM, HCM), Oracle Fusion Tech, and Oracle EBS project execution. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful Oracle implementation projects and the ability to lead cross-functional global teams to deliver business-critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion (Finance, SCM, HCM) and Oracle EBS implementation and support projects.
• Own the entire project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution to go-live and hypercare/post-production support.
• Coordinate among business users, stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to align on project objectives.
• Develop and manage:
• Project schedules
• Resource plans
• Risk and issue logs
• Change control processes
• Ensure delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality parameters.
• Provide status reports to senior management and clients.
• Guide teams to follow Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies.
• Drive change management, communication, and user adoption efforts.
• Promote team collaboration, accountability, and motivation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Applications (Finance, SCM, or HCM).
• Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules and Oracle EBS.
• Strong project governance, budgeting, and risk management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional team leadership.
• Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) – Mandatory.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or Smartsheet.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multi-pillar Oracle Cloud projects (e.g., Finance + SCM + HCM).
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
• Previous experience in consulting or system integrator roles is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA is a plus, but not mandatory.
