Job Title: Oracle HCM Technical Program Manager Recruiting Cloud

Location: Pune/Hyderabad / Bangalore

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Technical Program Manager (TPM) specializing in Core HR , Payroll & Recruiting Cloud to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex HR technology initiatives. The TPM will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) projectsincluding enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and cross-functional process improvementswhile serving as the strategic liaison between HR, IT, implementation partners, and business stakeholders.

This role combines deep Oracle HCM/Recruiting Cloud expertise, technical understanding, and program leadership to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions that support our global talent acquisition needs.

Technical & Integration Management

Work closely with technical teams on integrations between Recruiting Cloud and Core HR,

ATS extensions, job boards, background checks, and third-party vendors.

Review and validate integration designs, data flows, and API/REST usage.

Coordinate defect triage, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution for ORC and cross-module ssues.

Stakeholder Engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, HR Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management or HRIS leadership roles.
• 4+ years hands-on Oracle Recruiting Cloud experience, including implementation or production support.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and HR business processes.
