Title: Oracle Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead the end to end implementation of Oracle ERP Clous systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong functional understanding of Oracle modules, proven project management skills and the ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders.
This role requires excellent stakeholder communication skills and hands-on project & team management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation or upgrade projects
- Work with business stakeholders to create project plans & delivery methodology
- Coordinate across functional (Finance, SCM, HCM) and technical (integration, data migration, reporting) teams
- Manage project budget, timelines, risk mitigation and quality
- Ensure adherence to Oracle implementation best practices and methodologies – AIM, Oracle Cloud Method
- Conduct regular project status reports, steering committee updates and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with external vendors, system integrators and internal teams
- Oversee test planning & execution, cutover strategy, go-live, change management and post-production support
- Ensure compliance with security, audit and governance policies
Key Skills required:
- 7+ years of experience working on ERP projects with atleast 3+ years in Oracle ERP
- Hands-on experience with atleast one end to end Oracle Fusion implementation experience
- Knowledge of at least one domain (Finance, Supply Chain, HCM)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- PMP / Prince2 / Scrum certifications (preferred)
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams across geographies and vendors
- Knowledge of conversions, data migration and middleware / integration is a plus
- Strong project management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing change management and user training
- Exposure to data migration, testing tools and automation frameworks
- Familiarity with Oracle PaaS tools, OIC or APEX
