The Role

Key Responsibilities

.Lead business process discovery workshops forProcure-to-Paybusiness process,

covering requisition-to-purchase order, supplier enablement, and invoice-to-pay

processes.

.Document as-is and to-beProcure-to-Pay (P2P)business flows and validate against

Oracle Cloud Procurement best practices.

.Define functional scope and requirements for Oracle FusionProcurement,Payables,

andSelf-Service Procurement (SSP)modules.

.Analyze integration touchpoints (existing and future state) for P2P business process

.ValidateBusiness Process Design (BPD)documents,Configuration Workbooks,

andFunctional Design Specifications (FDS).

.Identify and documentglobal vs regional process variations(NA, APAC, EMEA) and

recommend design standardization approaches.

.Collaborate withData Migration, Integration, and OCMteams to align requirements,

dependencies, and functional assumptions.

.Identify and supportRICEW inventory estimation, regression testing, and validation for

future implementation SOW.

.Work closely with theChange Management and Trainingteam to ensure that process

changes are documented and communicated effectively.

.Contribute to project deliverables, including scope definition, assumptions, and effort

estimates for implementation planning.


Who You Are

Required Qualifications:

.Education:Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Engineering (or

equivalent).

.Experience:15+ years overall Oracle ERP experience, with at least7+ years in Oracle

Fusion Procurement Cloud(PO, AP, SSP, Approvals).

.Hands-on experience withProcure-to-Pay (P2P)processes, including purchase order

lifecycle, supplier invoice matching, and payment accounting.

.Proven ability to lead workshops, define requirements, and documentfit-gap analysis

and configuration workbooks.

.Exposure toCapital Procurementprocesses, including asset capitalization and

financing flows.

.Familiarity withOracle EPM (EPBCS)planning integration for procurement budgeting

and spend reconciliation.

.Working knowledge ofOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)or equivalent middleware for

understanding interface design.

.Strong documentation and communication skills - capable of translating business

requirements into Oracle Cloud functional design.

.Experience inmulti-region rolloutsand collaboration with offshore/onshore delivery

teams.

.Oracle Cloud Procurement certification (preferred).
