What are the minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role:B.Tech/BE/MCAin Computer Science, computer applications, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 6+ years of experience in OraclePA, GL, AR, AP, FA,
- In-depth knowledge of all phases of Software Development Life Cycleand Data management
- In-depth understanding of software processes.
- Experienced in managing relationships with external and internal clients.
KEY FOCUS AREAS
- To ensure delivery of the project as per client specification, project
plan and within budgeted cost and resources.
- Co-ordination with client for project delivery and reporting.
- Audit coordination
- To ensure adherence to software development processes by the
project team.
- Team/Vendor Management.
- Client management.
- To review reports/artifacts.
- Risk management.
Specific competences (Required)
- Ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within the Oracle application
- Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel and help identify performance improvement opportunities for clients
