Oracle PL/SQL

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect with strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Forms to lead application design, development, and enhancement initiatives for a media advertising agency platform.

The role involves working on an in-house developed system used for planning, scheduling, execution, and billing across multiple media channels such as TV, Radio, Press, and Internet.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end application design and architecture
• Oversee development and enhancement of Oracle-based applications
• Guide and mentor a team of developers (team size: 6)
• Perform performance tuning and optimisation
• Provide application support and issue resolution
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SME for requirement clarity

Required Technical Skills (Must-Have)

• Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL
• Experience with Oracle Forms
• Hands-on experience in application design and architecture
• Strong experience in performance tuning

Good to have

• Experience with .NET / C#
• Exposure to media or advertising domain applications
