We are seeking an experienced Oracle PeopleSoft Professional to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of PeopleSoft applications and will be responsible for developing and implementing effective solutions to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Oracle PeopleSoft applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of PeopleSoft modules.
- Maintain and upgrade PeopleSoft environments, ensuring compliance with best practices and standards.
- Provide support and training to end-users and other team members on PeopleSoft functionalities.
- Create and maintain documentation related to system processes, configurations, and user guides.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft development and implementation.
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Financials, HCM, or CRM modules.
- Proficient in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Integration Broker.
- Experience with PeopleSoft security, workflow, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management systems, preferably Oracle databases.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and XML.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
