Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support Oracle Fusion Cloud applications including ERP, HCM, and SCM, covering environment setup, instance management, patching, and monitoring
  • Manage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) components, including integrations, connections, certificates, agents, and runtime monitoring
  • Configure and manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services, including installation, configuration, patching, migrations, tuning, and performance monitoring
  • Oversee instance management for SaaS and ODI environments, including environment refreshes, cloning, and backup coordination
  • Configure and maintain OAuth2 security keys and client credentials for secure integration with external systems
  • Manage Fusion SaaS security credentials via OCI IAM / IDCS for REST and SOAP API integrations
  • Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) and access control for SaaS and PaaS applications
  • Ensure compliance with Oracle SaaS security models and role-based access control (RBAC) policies
  • Coordinate with Oracle Support for Service Requests (SRs) related to patches, migrations, and performance issues
  • Maintain system documentation, run books, and knowledge base articles.
