We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and functional skills, coupled with a thorough understanding of transportation and logistics processes. This role involves implementing, customizing, and supporting OTM solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design optimal OTM-based solutions
- Configure and customize OTM modules including Order Management, Planning, Execution, Visibility, and Settlement
- Conduct user workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities
- Prepare technical specifications, functional design documents, and test plans
- Perform system configuration, data mapping, and integration with ERP, WMS, TMS, and other enterprise systems
- Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and performance tuning
- Lead OTM upgrades, enhancements, and migrations, including from On-Prem to Cloud
- Stay current on OTM Cloud and On-Prem capabilities and best practices
- Leverage transportation and logistics expertise to ensure successful project outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
- 510+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle OTM
- Proven track record of full-cycle OTM implementations
- Strong understanding of transportation management processes
- Experience integrating OTM with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems
- Proficiency in functional and technical design, testing, and performance optimization
- On-Prem to Cloud migration experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
