• 7+ years of hands-on Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) experience
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle OTM implementations in mid to large-scale projects across diverse industries
• Experience in both development and support projects
• Experience in 3PL industry (preferred)
• Knowledge of other Order Management and/or Transportation Management Systems (advantageous)
• Educational background in Computer Science (pref)

Advanced proficiency in SQL:

Strong working knowledge of XML, XSL, and BI Publisher

In-depth functional configuration expertise across OTM modules:

• Core OTM functionalities
• Shipment Planning & Execution
• Freight Settlement
• Sourcing
• Fleet Management

Experience in B2B integrations using:

• EDI standards
• APIs

Strong understanding of solution design and system architecture

• Serve as the primary lead for the Customer Onboarding workstream
• Ensure strict adherence to standards and best practices across onboarding projects
• Perform Engagement Management (EM) activities for offshore teams
• Collaborate and coordinate with Project Managers at nearshore locations
• Lead the industrialization and optimization of knowledgetransition processes
• Mentor junior team members and foster continuous learning
• Delegate tasks across the team and resolve cross-workstream conflicts or bottlenecks
