Job Summary
The Oracle NetSuite Architect will be responsible for the design, implementation, and customization of NetSuite solutions to meet the needs of our organization. The architect will work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to ensure the effective integration and use of NetSuite within the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture:
- Lead the design and architecture of NetSuite solutions to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and documentation.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of NetSuite solutions.
Implementation & Customization:
- Oversee and participate in the implementation and customization of NetSuite modules.
- Develop custom scripts and workflows to extend NetSuite functionality.
- Configure and customize NetSuite fields, forms, records, and workflows.
Integration:
- Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise systems.
- Utilize APIs, SuiteTalk, and other tools to integrate third-party applications with NetSuite.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage NetSuite-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Work with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to stakeholders and project teams.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and technical teams.
Technical Leadership:
- Mentor and guide junior developers and technical staff.
- Stay updated with the latest NetSuite features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation and customization.
- Proven experience as a solution architect in NetSuite ERP environments.
- Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and other NetSuite tools.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules, including financials, CRM, eCommerce, and inventory.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and other relevant programming languages.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications:
- NetSuite certifications (eg, NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant, NetSuite SuiteFoundation) are highly desirable.
