Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle MDM Consultant with strong data conversion and master data management expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle ERP / Oracle MDM, SaaS-based solutions, and large-scale data conversion projects, preferably in Supply Chain or Manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives and data conversion projects
- Plan, execute, and validate data migration and conversion activities
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Facilitate large meetings, workshops, and project discussions effectively
- Create and maintain process documentation and support organizational change management
- Collaborate on ERP transformation and SaaS implementations
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards and best practices
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Oracle MDM Mandatory
- Data Conversion / Data Migration Mandatory
- Oracle ERP (SaaS) Mandatory
- Strong background in Master Data Management
- 810 years of overall relevant experience
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or Fresh Produce industries
- Strong understanding of modern ERP systems
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to organizational change management concepts
