Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver Oracle Fusion Manufacturing implementations, ensuring alignment with client business needs and best practices.
- Analyze, design, and configure manufacturing processes including Discrete, Process, and Contract Manufacturing models.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, map business requirements to Oracle standard functionalities, and design functional solutions.
- Work on integration design and development with upstream/downstream applications.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, and technical teams to ensure end-to-end solution delivery.
- Provide functional leadership in Manufacturing, along with related modules such as Inventory Management, Quality, and Costing.
- Support multiple project phasesrequirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, and configuration workbooks.
- Deliver at least two full-cycle end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations.
- Assist in business development activities, including solution proposals, client presentations, and pre-sales support.
- Work closely with global teams and be flexible for short/long-term onsite assignments.
Must-Have Skills:
- 815 years of total experience with at least 8+ years in Oracle ERP Cloud consulting or implementation.
- Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Cloud.
- Hands-on experience in at least two other SCM modules such as Inventory Management, Quality, or Costing.
- Minimum of 2 full-cycle end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations.
- Proven experience in business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processesdiscrete, process, and mixed-mode manufacturing.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional global teams.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in designing and implementing custom extensions and integrations with other enterprise applications.
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and BI reporting tools.
- Industry experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors.
- Oracle Cloud certifications in Manufacturing or SCM.
Qualification:
- Graduate degree (BE/BTech/MBA/MCA) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
- Domain/industry experience will be an added advantage.
