Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Oracle Integration Cloud Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging training sessions on Oracle Integration Cloud concepts, tools, and best practices. Key tasks include creating and updating training materials, supporting participants with hands-on guidance, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer. Additionally, the trainer will evaluate learners progress, provide constructive feedback, and refine training methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in Information Technology, particularly Oracle Integration Cloud and software technologies
- Experience in Teaching, Training, and conducting Lectures effectively in both virtual and in-person environments
- Background in Software Development and hands-on experience with relevant programming and integration tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
