Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud Specialist for a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in OIC activities, demonstrating a good understanding of OIC integration patterns, connections (Trigger, Invoke, Trigger and Invoke roles), and robust fault handling. You will possess strong hands-on experience with various OIC connections (SOAP, REST, DB, FTP, ERP), expertise in either FBDI or web service-based integrations, and proficiency in monitoring, debugging, and migrating OIC components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply a good understanding of OIC integration patterns, OIC connections, and connection configuration roles (Trigger, Invoke, Trigger and Invoke).
  • Implement robust OIC fault handling mechanisms (e.g., Fault Handler) within integration flows.
  • Possess hands-on experience in key OIC activities such as Stage file, Local integration invoke, Wait, and Fault activity.
  • Utilize various operations supported by stage file activity (e.g., list files, zip, unzip, read, write).
  • Demonstrate good hands-on experience in configuring and implementing integrations using SOAP, REST, DB, FTP, and ERP connections in OIC.
  • Work with various operations supported by FTP connections (e.g., download, list files) and implement DB connections in OIC orchestrated integrations.
  • Apply good hands-on experience in either FBDI (File-Based Data Import) based integration or web service-based integration.
  • Perform effectively in monitoring, debugging of OIC integrations, and migration of OIC components across environments.
  • Configure and manage Lookup configurations efficiently.
  • Possess good hands-on experience with SQL and basic PL/SQL.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and other developers, to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
  • Identify and resolve complex integration issues, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, articulating technical concepts clearly.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in OIC activities like Stage file, Local integration invoke, Wait, Fault activity.
  • Experience with various operations supported by stage file activity (list files, zip etc.).
  • Good hands-on experience in SOAP, REST, DB, FTP, ERP connections in OIC.
  • Experience with various operations supported by FTP connection (download, list files) and DB connection implementation in OIC orchestrated integration.
  • Good hands-on experience in either FBDI based integration or web service-based integration.
  • Good hands-on experience in monitoring, debugging of OIC integration and migration of OIC components.
  • Good hand-on experience of Lookup configuration.
  • Good hands-on experience of SQL and basic of PL/SQL.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Knowledge of Report service.
  • Knowledge of Library configuration and certificate & Key management.
  • Understanding of large file manipulation with segment read.
  • Understanding of Encryption and decryption in FTP connection and stage file activity.
  • Experience in Kafka and OCI Streaming.
  • Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration certification.
