Role Overview:

This role involves administering and enhancing enterprise identity and access management platforms using Oracle Identity Suite, MS Active Directory, and Entra ID. The position focuses on identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and ensuring secure and compliant access across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and manage Oracle Identity Suite components for identity provisioning, reconciliation, and access governance.
• Administer MS Active Directory, including user lifecycle management, group policies, and directory services maintenance.
• Manage Entra ID to support cloud identity, conditional access, MFA, and hybrid identity integrations.
• Ensure seamless identity synchronization and federation between on-prem and cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot identity-related issues and optimize authentication and authorization workflows.
• Support audits, compliance activities, and documentation related to identity governance and security.
• Enhance IAM policies and processes to strengthen organizational access control posture.
