Title: Oracle HCM Time & Labor Techno Functional Consultant

Location: Hybrid/ Remote

Task Description: We are seeking a senior-level Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor (OTL) Functional Consultant to join our team for a long-term, remote engagement. This role will focus on implementing and optimizing Oracle Cloud Time and Labor solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client-facing workshops and discussions to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Configure Oracle Cloud OTL and Absence modules with a focus on scheduling and logistic sector needs.
• Provide expert guidance and best practices for Time and Labor implementations.
• Work closely with project stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and effective solutions.
• Manage documentation, testing, training, and go-live support activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Time and Labor, particularly in Workforce Scheduling functionalities.
• Minimum of 2 successful implementations of OTL in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Experience integrating OTL with Oracle Absence Management and local payroll.
• Experience in configuring Fast Formulas, Time Entry Rules, Time Processing Profiles, and Work Schedules.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently
