Job Description

We are seeking a Payroll / HR Systems Tester to plan, execute, and validate payroll processes across HR systems. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate payroll calculations, time tracking, and compliance with company policies using systems such as WFM, Oracle HCM, or UKG.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning & Strategy: Plan test strategies, define test plans, and schedule testing activities as per release scope.
  • Payroll System Testing: Validate payroll calculations, timecard data, and employee schedules in systems like WFM, Oracle HCM, or UKG.
  • Data Validation: Ensure accurate use of pay codes, Info Types, and Wage Types.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and resolve payroll issues.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to support payroll and compliance audits.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, employee scheduling, and timekeeping.
  • Experience with payroll validation in WFM, Oracle HCM, or UKG.
  • Knowledge of pay codes, Info Types, and Wage Types.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
