We are seeking an Oracle HCM Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with a minimum of three years hands-on experience in both on-premises and Cloud environments. You will lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Benefits, ensuring solutions align with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workshops, product demos, and requirements-gathering sessions
- Analyze existing business processes and translate needs into functional designs
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications and maintain detailed setup documentation
- Develop validation scripts, test scenarios, and comprehensive test cases
- Execute system, integration, and regression testing cycles
- Identify, track, and resolve software defects throughout all project phases
- Provide post-go-live support, triage issues, and troubleshoot in production
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years of functional Oracle HCM experience (EBS, Fusion, or Cloud)
- Proven track record of full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Hands-on expertise with HCM Data Loader (HDL) for bulk migrations
- Proficient in BI Publisher report development, customization, and scheduling
- Deep understanding of the Oracle HCM Cloud data model and relational structures
- Familiarity with Fast Formulas, Value Sets, Lookups, and security role configuration
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Additional Technical Expertise
- Experience developing OTBI reports and dashboards
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud integration methods (SOAP/REST APIs, FBDI)
- Exposure to Security Console for role-based access design and data security
- Hands-on upgrading from Oracle HCM Cloud Responsive UI to Redwood UI and resolving related issues
- Basic understanding of Oracle CX modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Customer Data Management
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s)
- Experience designing third-party interfaces and working with middleware tools
- Familiarity with AI-driven HCM features, such as digital assistants and chatbots
- Prior involvement in global rollouts or multi-geography implementations
