Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain HCM Extracts to extract data from Oracle applications for reporting and analysis purposes.
Design and customize BIP Reports to present data insights in a visually compelling and actionable format.
Create interactive Dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key performance metrics and trends.
Communicate with client and provide effective solutions.
Lead data migration efforts, ensuring seamless transition of data between systems while maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams on data management best practices and standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to data management and reporting tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle technologies with a focus on HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, Dashboards, and Data Migration.
Proficiency in Oracle tools such as BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Oracle Data Integrator.
Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and best practices.
Experience in designing and developing complex reports and dashboards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
