Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

echnical Skills:

* 5+ years of Oracle Fusion/HCM Cloud experience with expertise in Global HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Time and Labor and Payroll.

* Strong SQL/database skills and experience with HCM Cloud tools like HDL or HSDL.

* Extensive integration experience with strong Oracle knowledge on the HCM Extracts development across modules like Time and Labor and Payroll

* Ability to develop/maintain HCM Extract interfaces and create custom reports using BI Publisher.

* Experience with Fusion Security architecture and OTBI analyses.

* Strong experience Oracle HCM Cloud Tech skills across Data Loader, Integrations (Inbound & Outbound), Extensions, Reports (BIP, OTBI), Extracts and Fast Formulas.

* Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems related to Oracle HCM Cloud.

* Ability to support Oracle HCM Cloud product releases, new features, and industry best practices to recommend enhancements and optimize system performance.

* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
