Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate practitioner/expert level knowledge in at least two of the following tools: HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, REST Web Services, Fast Formula.
- Possess in-depth knowledge in at least two HCM Cloud Modules, such as:
- Core HR
- Absences
- Benefits
- Payroll
- Workforce Compensation
- OTL (Oracle Time and Labor)
- Taleo / OLC / Oracle Recruiting Cloud
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Configure HCM Cloud modules and implement reports, integrations, and workflows.
- Participate in direct client interactions to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide problem resolution, and recommend process improvements.
- Support testing activities including unit testing, system testing, and UAT.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Practitioner/expert level knowledge in at least 2 HCM tools (HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI, REST Web Services, Fast Formula).
- In-depth knowledge in 2 or more HCM Cloud modules (as listed above).
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in direct client interaction is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
- Oracle Cloud certification in HCM modules.
- Prior experience with global or multi-location implementations.
