Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Payroll and hands-on experience in payroll implementations, configurations, and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing, validations, and reconciliations
- Configure payroll elements, balances, formulas, and calculations
- Support payroll runs, retro pay, costing, and statutory processing
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and Technical teams
- Analyze business requirements and provide effective payroll solutions
- Support UAT, go-live, and post-production activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
- Hands-on experience with:
- Payroll Elements & Calculations
- Fast Formulas (Payroll-related)
- Payroll Balances & Costing
- Retro Pay & Payroll Runs
- Year-End Processing
- Experience in payroll statutory compliance (India payroll preferred)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
