Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Global Payroll Trainer to lead and deliver high-quality training programs for business users, payroll teams and support teams across global payroll implementations.
The role focuses on enabling users to effectively adopt and operate Oracle HCM Cloud Global Payroll and ensuring consistent payroll knowledge across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual training on Oracle HCM Cloud Global Payroll
- Design and maintain training materials such as user guides, quick reference documents and training decks
- Conduct role-based training for payroll administrators, HR users and shared services teams
- Explain end-to-end global payroll processes within Oracle HCM, including configuration and operational workflows
- Support training during UAT, go-live and post-implementation phases
- Work closely with functional consultants and project teams to align training with configured business processes
- Capture participant feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness
- Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Global Payroll from a user enablement perspective
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Global Payroll
- Proven experience in delivering training for Oracle HCM payroll implementations
- Strong understanding of payroll configuration, processing cycles, validations and controls
- Experience working with multi-country or global payroll environments
- Ability to translate functional and system concepts into simple, user-friendly training content
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Exposure to other Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Absence, OTL, Compensation, etc.)
- Experience supporting business users during UAT and go-live
- Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll certification
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, IT or a related discipline
- Training or facilitation certification is an added advantage
