Key Skills Required:
- 7–8 years of strong Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits experience
- Hands-on experience in configuring:
- Benefit Plans
- Coverage Elements
- Eligibility Profiles
- Enrollment Rules
- Life Events
- Notifications
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing & UAT support
- Troubleshooting and resolving Benefits configuration issues
- Experience with configuration documentation and stakeholder communication
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud releases and configuration enhancements
- Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits Certification is an added advantage
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
