We are hiring an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Redwood, and Talent Management modules. The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and providing functional guidance to business teams.
Key Functional Responsibilities
- Drive endtoend functional activities for ORC, Redwood, and Talent modules
- Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders
- Perform configuration of Requisitions, Applications, Job Offers, Career Sites, and Approvals in ORC
- Configure Redwood pages, Journeys, Guided Flows, and experience enhancements
- Implement Talent modules such as Goal Management, Performance, Talent Review, and Succession
- Prepare functional design documents (FDs), test scripts, and user training materials
- Lead CRP, SIT, UAT cycles and ensure smooth production deployments
- Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and guide end users
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, BI/OTBI reports, and data migration activities
Required Experience
- 4+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant
- Handson in ORC, Redwood, and Talent
- Strong understanding of Core HR, HCM Security, Approvals, and HCM data structures
- Experience in at least 12 endtoend HCM Cloud implementations
- Excellent communication and clientfacing skills
