Job Specification:
Candidates should have a successful track record working with the Oracle Fusion / Cloud HCM application suite and technology, ideally with Oracle Cloud apps. Candidates must be detail-oriented and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The candidate is expected to have experience working with clients on Oracle fusion HCM Cloud Implementations OR should have worked to support Oracle fusion HCM cloud Project and has good understanding of standard Oracle Application functionality. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for identifying process improvement areas and developing future business process flows. Candidates may have prior Oracle Fusion HCM implementation consulting experience, with experience implementing Cloud Payroll. Candidates will Work remote to support functional Oracle Fusion HCM implementations for clients. Candidate should have exposure to configure and unit test the Fusion Payroll module based on the customer's Requirement. Candidate Should be flexible in shifts (Shift B – 3.30pm to 12.00am; Shift C – 9pm to 5.30am).
Job description:
Responsibility -
- Configure Oracle Fusion Payroll to meet client requirements and document application set-ups.
- Should be proactive in debugging and providing solutions to client for P1/P2 tickets.
- Should be responsible for client facing during ER (Enhancement Request) discussions.
- Should be able to analyze BRD and provide High Level Estimates, prepare Functional / Technical Design Documents, Test Scripts, Evidence of Test Documents and Production Migration Documents for the ERs.
- Write Functional requirement documents for any reports, interfaces and application extensions.
- Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, and application extensions.
- Testing and validating various technical components for the issues and work them to resolutions and closure.
- Should have complete product knowledge for participating the impact assessment sessions and Deep Dive sessions with client.
- Should be responsible for preparing impact assessments/analysis for every upgrade.
- Should be able to perform Regression Testing within the timelines.
- Incident Management Tool / Ticketing Tool experience is Plus (Eg. Jira, Service Now) but not mandatory
- Quality Assessment /Quality Check skills is plus but not mandatory
- Develop end-user documentation and training materials for client users and administrators for use and maintenance for the Fusion HCM Solutions.
- Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis.
Skills –
- Experience with the business processes in Oracle HCM modules, particularly good knowledge on Oracle Fusion Payroll
- Understanding of integration points between Cloud Payroll with other Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Benefits etc.)
- Understanding of detailed Payroll configuration flow, structure and US tax systems.
- Ability to Configure Payroll elements and link with appropriate payroll processes
- Should have Good knowledge on all payroll Processes
- Should Have Good Knowledge on Payslip customizations and reports pertaining to payroll.
- Ability to run the Payroll Interfaces/Extracts.
- Hands on experience in writing fast formulas, especially Payroll is preferred.
- Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task on assignments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with MBA is preferred.
- Should have Prior experience with functional Oracle HCM implementation OR experience in working on Oracle fusion support projects.
- Oracle Cloud Certified candidate in Oracle Cloud Payroll is preferred.
