What will your role look like

Lead functional implementation and support activities for Oracle Fusion HCM modules across enterprise environments.

Drive end-to-end implementation for Core HR, Absences, and ESS & MSS modules.

Perform business process analysis, requirement gathering, and translate them into effective Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Write and manage Fast Formulas to support complex HR business requirements.

Participate in solution design discussions, testing, and deployment activities during implementation cycles.

Ensure proper documentation and adherence to AIM and OUM implementation methodologies.

We would like you to bring along

Minimum 7+ years of overall experience with at least 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion or Oracle E-Business HCM modules.

Minimum 4 implementation experiences as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.

Strong experience in business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design within Oracle Fusion HCM.

Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation of Core HR, Absences, and ESS & MSS modules.

Experience writing and configuring Fast Formulas.

Strong understanding of AIM and OUM implementation processes, phases, and documentation.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good-to-have skills

Experience with Fusion Time and Labor.

Experience with Fusion Compensation and Benefits modules.
