We are seeking experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultants to support end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support across multiple HCM modules. The role involves client interaction, requirement gathering, and delivery of scalable HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze business requirements across HCM modules
- Configure, test, and deploy Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
- Conduct SIT/UAT and support defect resolution
- Prepare functional design, BRD/FDD, and configuration documentation
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and data migration
- Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
- Minimum 38 years of Oracle HCM Functional experience
- Hands-on experience in 2+ HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, OTL, Benefits, Talent, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM configuration and business processes
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation
- Familiarity with data conversion, integrations, and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
