Job Summary:
The Oracle HCM Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions. This role works closely with HR and IT teams to streamline HR processes, ensure data accuracy, and optimize system performance to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on business requirements
- Analyze client HR processes and recommend solutions using Oracle best practices
- Perform data migration, system testing, and end-user training
- Customize reports, dashboards, and workflows in Oracle HCM
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure system alignment with business needs
- Document functional requirements, configurations, and test results
- Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and new features
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and organizational policies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support
- In-depth knowledge of HCM modules like Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and practices
- Experience with HCM data loading tools (e.g., HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP reports)
- Ability to conduct requirement gathering, system testing, and training sessions
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Familiarity with Fast Formulas, OTBI, and personalization tools
- Previous experience in global HR system implementations
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to HR data
