Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role with one of our client based in Bengaluru South for an Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll - UK Payroll Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll systems, providing consulting services to clients, managing HR and payroll business processes, and ensuring seamless integration with other applications. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and compliant payroll solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business processes and experience in providing consulting services
• Proficiency in Oracle HR and Oracle Applications
• Experience with system integration and data flow management
• Ability to resolve issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and ensure compliance with UK payroll regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• Previous experience working on large-scale ERP implementations, preferably in the payroll domain
