We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting payroll solutions within the Oracle HCM Cloud environment.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementation or support.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing cycles and compliance regulations in India.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, particularly Payroll and Core HR.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
