Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant

Location: Pan india

Experience : 7 - 10 years

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with at least 7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in OTL (Oracle Time and Labor), Absence, and Core HR modules, along with a proven track record in HCM Cloud support projects. The role involves supporting clients with the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The consultant will also have the opportunity to manage client relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements within the Oracle HCM Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on modules like OTL, Absence, and Core HR.
  • Provide HCM Cloud support for ongoing projects, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Manage and strengthen client relationships, ensuring smooth and successful project delivery.
  • Utilize Oracle HCM Cloud tools, such as HCM Extracts and HDL, for data integration and reporting.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and problem-solving/debugging capabilities to address complex business challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, business analysts) to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients, enabling them to fully leverage Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities.
  • Ensure that Oracle HCM Cloud implementations adhere to industry standards and best practices.
  • Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on OTL and Absence modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, particularly OTL, Absence, and Core HR.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL.
  • Oracle Cloud Certifications in Payroll, OTL, ABM, and/or other HCM Cloud modules (preferred).
  • Experience managing client relationships and providing ongoing support.
  • 4-year bachelor's degree in a business-oriented or technical discipline (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to resolve complex system issues.
  • Previous experience in the Public Sector (K12, Federal/State/Local government) is highly preferred. Private sector experience will also be considered.

Preferred Skills

  • Cross-functional knowledge in other Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud), Time & Labor, and Payroll.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud implementations in the Public Sector or similar industries.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation experience in large-scale environments.
