About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant with strong expertise in US Payroll. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll configurations, integrations, fast formulas, payroll flows, and multi-country payroll scenarios. You will play a key role in implementing, enhancing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll, including: Payroll elements, balances, costing, retro-pay configurations, Fast Formulas (Payroll/Absence), Payroll Flows and HCM Extracts
- Work on Payroll Interface and Integrations with external systems
- Participate in end-to-end Payroll implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, testing, cutover, and post-production support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Compensation
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide ongoing support for multi-country payroll environments
- Prepare documentation, functional specifications, testing scenarios, and user training materials
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll
- Expertise in US Payroll
- Hands-on exposure to: Payroll elements & balances, Costing & retro-pay, Fast Formulas, Payroll flows & HCM Extracts, Payroll Integrations & Interface
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations in Payroll

- Oracle Fusion Cloud: Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Time & Labor
- Exposure to multi-country payroll
