Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM
Experience with software development methodologies, particularly agile.
Strong understanding of system integration and data management.
Strong knowledge of Workday Organization Management, Supervisory Organizations, Jobs & Positions.
Experience in Workday modules such as Compensation, Absence, Talent, Recruiting.
Strong documentation and presentation skills
Ability to design and implement userfriendly interfaces.
Familiarity with cloudbased solutions and deployment strategies.
Workday certifications (Core HCM preferred).
Soft SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management.
Experience in global HR implementations. Ability to work collaboratively across teams.Proactive and detailoriented.
Experience with Workday security, calculated fields, and reporting.
Stakeholder EngagementProvide training, documentation, and user support as needed. Proficiency in configuring Core HCM business processes.
Understanding of HR processes and best practices. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Ability to work in fastpaced, client facing environments.
Preferred S Understanding of Workday Studio/EIB integrations.
