Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements for Oracle Fusion modules such as Financials, SCM, HCM, Procurement, and Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Perform fit-gap analysis to identify areas requiring configuration, customization, or process optimization
- Design scalable, best-practice-based Oracle Fusion solutions aligned with Oracle standards
- Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and technical design documents (TDDs) for proposed solutions
Configuration & Implementation
- Configure Oracle Fusion modules as per approved designs
- Lead or participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations and rollouts
- Collaborate with developers, consultants, and project managers in cross-functional teams
Technical Development & Integration
- Build and customize reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS
- Integrate Oracle Fusion with external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and File-Based Data Import (FBDI)
- Develop custom extensions using SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle ADF, Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and Application Composer
- Conduct data migrations using HDL and other Oracle-supported tools
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Develop and execute test scripts for unit, SIT, and UAT
- Support user testing, resolve defects, and ensure go-live readiness
- Maintain high solution quality and performance throughout project lifecycle
Support & Maintenance
- Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot technical and functional issues, and ensure system stability
- Assist in month-end and quarter-end closing activities for relevant modules
- Monitor performance, optimize queries, and enhance application efficiency
- Stay updated with quarterly Oracle Fusion releases and evaluate new features
Documentation & Training
- Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations
- Conduct training sessions for end users and key stakeholders
Mentorship & Leadership
- Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge within the team
- Support the development of best practices and team capability
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant
- Participation in at least 23 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations
- Proven experience supporting and enhancing Oracle Fusion in production environments
