Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize technical components in Oracle Fusion (Finance, SCM, HCM, etc.) based on business requirements.
  • Design and implement data extracts, reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions (RICEW objects).
  • Create and manage BI Publisher Reports, OTBI reports, Smart Views, and dashboards.
  • Develop and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services.
  • Handle data migration activities using FBDI (File-Based Data Import) and HDL (HCM Data Loader).
  • Work with Oracle PaaS to build custom applications and extensions when required.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to analyze business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, support system/integration testing, and resolve issues during UAT and go-live phases.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including functional/technical specs, test plans, and user guides.
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle Cloud updates, patches, and new features.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 37 years of experience as a technical consultant in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion technical tools like BIP, OTBI, FBDI, HDL, OIC, VBCS, ADF, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong SQL, PL/SQL skills.
  • Experience in data conversions, inbound/outbound integrations, and technical design.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud environments, sandbox setups, and security roles.
  • Experience in modules such as Finance, HCM, or SCM is a plus.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications are a strong advantage.
