Job Description

The Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions across Oracle Fusion ERP modules (Finance, SCM, and PPM). The role involves working closely with business users, functional consultants, and global IT teams to build Transactional/Operational/Interface reports, Page Customizations using sandbox, Data migration using FBDI/ADFDI/Web services using PL/SQL Packages and custom solutions that enable accurate, efficient, and insightful business operations.

Must Have:

* Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather reporting requirements and data conversion activities across Finance, SCM, and PPM modules.

* Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for report, integration, and dashboard development.

* Develop, enhance, and support Oracle BI Publisher, FRS (Financial Reporting Studio), and OTBI reports, including seeded notification and interface reports.

* Possess strong domain knowledge of Finance (FIN), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules, including Fusion data flow and underlying ERP tables.

* Develop and optimize complex SQL/PLSQL queries, views, and stored procedures for data extraction and validation.

* Strong expertise in page customization, personalization, and infolet, one click report creation using Oracle Fusion Sandbox framework.

* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reports and interfaces by applying best practices in data modelling and validation.

* Implement object-level and data-level security in reporting tools to ensure controlled data access.

* Provide technical support for financial period closing and payment processing activities, including payment file generation, check printing, and resolution of related issues, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.

* Design and develop operational, analytical, and ad-hoc reports aligned with business KPIs and compliance standards.

* Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless connectivity between Fusion and external systems.

* Define and maintain documentation for report specifications, data mappings, and development procedures.

* Support users in report testing, validation, and troubleshooting; ensure adherence to SLA timelines for issue resolution.

* Continuously improve reporting efficiency, data governance, and automation initiatives across Oracle Fusion ERP modules.

* Stay updated with new Oracle Fusion features, reporting capabilities, and integration enhancements.
