Job Specification
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules like Product Management, Procurement, Order Management, Pricing, Inventory and Cost Management, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, SLA and Approvals.
- At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM as a functional lead.
- Must have the ability to understand complex business requirements and map it to the Oracle Fusion application functionality.
- Good understanding of the critical business processes around Source to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory to COGS and Projects. Has good experience with month end (Period Close) process and support/guide customers when needed.
- Should involve in pre-sales activities for Oracle ERP SCM modules on a need basis.
- Have experience in conducting Solution Workshop Session, CRPs, UAT Support, System Configuration.
- Hands on experience in managing and executing tasks and deliverables in the following elements of a project lifecycle: Design, Build/Configuration, Training, Testing, Deploy, Support.
- Should have knowledge of Cutover and Data Migration activities.
- Incubate standard Oracle best practices among the team members.
- Should have exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting ability and skilled in using industry standard tools and techniques.
- Should have extensive experience monitoring, tuning and/or changing complex applications to optimize the product to perform to customer expectations.
- Mentor/guide a team of young and energetic consultants and ensure they are up-skilled/cross-skilled as per the needs of the project and/or organization.
- Ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear & concise manner.
- Self-motivated with a lot of energy and drive. Should have the ability and willingness to learn.
- Should be good team player and have good analytical skills.
- Communication skills must be effective and efficient with good client facing skills.
