Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM modules and a proven track record of driving successful cloud implementations. You will play a critical role in gathering requirements, configuring the solution, and guiding clients through the transition to Oracle Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation Lifecycle: Lead and execute minimum of 2 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion SCM modules from planning to go-live and support.
  • Requirement Gathering: Conduct workshops with business users to understand requirements, identify gaps, and map business processes to Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
  • Configuration: configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Pricing, Costing, etc.) according to business needs.
  • Solution Design: Prepare functional design documents, test scripts (CRP, SIT, UAT), and user manuals using standard methodologies (OUM/AIM).
  • Testing & Validation: Execute conference room pilots (CRPs) and support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Data Migration: Assist in data migration strategies and validate data loads from legacy systems.
  • Support: Provide post-production support and resolve functional issues within agreed SLAs.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Implementation Experience: Must have completed a minimum of 2 Full Cycle Implementations in Oracle Fusion SCM.
  • Module Expertise: Hands-on experience in at least 3 of the following modules:
  • Oracle Fusion Inventory Management
  • Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM) & Pricing
  • Oracle Fusion Procurement (Purchasing, SSP, Sourcing, Contracts)
  • Oracle Fusion Cost Management
  • Process Knowledge: strong understanding of Supply Chain business processes, specifically Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) cycles.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with client stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MBA or equivalent.
  • Cooling Period: Candidates who have attended an interview with Oracle GSC (Global Service Center) in the last 12 months are NOT eligible to apply at this time.
  • Work Mode: This is a strictly Hybrid role. Candidates must be willing to work from the designated Oracle office.
