Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in
Planning, Costing, and Logistics modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion SCM solutions while working closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion SCM implementations including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Configure and support Planning modules (Demand Planning, Supply Planning)
- Handle Costing configurations, standard costing, and cost rollups
- Manage Logistics modules including Inventory Management, Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse processes
- Work closely with Finance teams for SCMFinance integrations (Cost Accounting, GL impact)
- Prepare functional design documents (FDD), test scripts, and user training materials
- Support UAT, CRP, SIT, and post-go-live activities
- Provide production support and resolve functional issues within defined SLAs
- Coordinate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and data migrations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM
- Strong functional knowledge of:
- Procurement
- Planning (Demand & Supply Planning)
- Costing / Cost Accounting
- Logistics (Inventory, Shipping, Receiving)
- Experience in end-to-end implementation and/or support projects
- Understanding of SCM master data, transaction flows, and costing structures
- Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical team
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion SCM certification is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, or distribution domains
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud upgrades and quarterly releases
- Basic knowledge of OTBI / BI Publisher reports
