Mantras2success Consultants is seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion RMCS Techno-Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of revenue recognition standards, coupled with the technical ability to configure and seamlessly integrate RMCS with other Oracle Cloud modules such as AR, AP, GL, FA, and Subledger Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities:
- Requirements & Configuration: Gather detailed business requirements related to revenue recognition and translate them into effective RMCS configurations.
- RMCS Component Configuration: Configure essential RMCS components such as Revenue Contracts, Performance Obligations, Revenue Policies, POB Satisfaction events, and more.
- Month-End Support: Provide crucial support for month-end and quarter-end revenue processes.
- Testing & Training: Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and comprehensive end-user training sessions.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and OTBI/BI Publisher reports in RMCS.
- Data Management: Work on data migration, transformation, and integration using tools like FBDI, ADFdi, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Module Interfacing: Interface RMCS seamlessly with other Oracle modules (AR, Projects, Subledger Accounting).
- Troubleshooting & Development: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and defects efficiently. Develop PL/SQL scripts, interfaces, and extensions as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud ERP Experience: 6+ years of Oracle Cloud ERP experience, with a minimum of 2+ years specifically in Oracle RMCS.
- Revenue Accounting Expertise: Strong understanding of revenue accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 15 / ASC 606).
- Techno-Functional Capability: Proven experience in both functional configuration and technical development of Oracle RMCS.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, PL/SQL, and FBDI.
- Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation with RMCS.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology or similar project management practices.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
- Oracle Cloud certification in RMCS or Financials is an added advantage.
