Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AWS Jira PL/SQL GIT Angular Springboot Microservices and Advanced Java. This role requires working from the office during day shifts with no travel requirements. The candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and business ensuring that our projects align with company goals and deliver value to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Utilize AWS to design and implement scalable cloud-based solutions that meet business needs.
- Employ Jira for effective project management tracking issues and facilitating team collaboration.
- Write and optimize PL/SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting requirements.
- Use GIT for version control ensuring code integrity and facilitating team collaboration.
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using Angular ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Implement back-end services using Springboot Microservices ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- Apply Advanced Java skills to develop high-performance applications that meet business requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
- Provide training and support to end-users ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve business processes leveraging technology to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Demonstrate proficiency in AWS Jira PL/SQL GIT Angular Springboot Microservices and Advanced Java.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Show a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to drive process improvements.
- Display a proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
